Supercuts — Establishment and beauty salon at 39 Welles Street, Glastonbury, Connecticut.

Just wasted 45 minutes of my life. Made an appointment over the phone for noon an hour before and they told me "sure, you're all set". Get there 5 mins before and there were 2 people waiting and they served them. Then two other people came in and they continued to serve them before me. Not quite sure what their system is but, if a make an appointment for noon and I'm still waiting at 12:45 and you continue to serve people that came in after me, then your system sucks and you should stop taking appointments and just make it a first-come-first-served basis. Ended up going to Towne Barber Shop across the street and they gave me excellent and timely service.
